Ashley Madison is a Canadian-Based online dating service for married people just got hacked. The hacker group called "Impact Team" obtained the Ashley Madison's entire database.
The Impact Team threatened the owner of Ashley Madison - Canada's Avid Life Media to release all the information unless the site is taken down. Recently, they've released a 40MB of data.
The leaked data has been successfuly removed by using the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). ALM employed the leading cyber security expert and forensics experts to handle the situation.
ALM is working with law enforcement agencies in investigating the cyber crime and assured that all parties responsible for this act will be held responsible.
